We provide virtual offices with your own allocated suite or office number. Your virtual office can be used for both personal and business purposes. Businesses also have the option to register their company at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce using a rented address, see our solutions for a business registration address. With a virtual office, you no longer need to use your home address for clients and correspondence, offering greater privacy for small businesses. Additionally, international businesses can benefit from having a Dutch address to enhance their presence and credibility with European clients.

You can register your company at the address of Citibox.net. You will receive a rental contract in which you get a specific allocated address and office / suite number that you can provide to the Kamer van Koophandel -the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam- in order to register your local or international business at your virtual address. You can rent a company registration address with the minimum term of six full months. After this period you can either renew or it will automatically be cancelled and after cancellation we offer up to three months the option to restart the service. After three months of cancellation we automatically inform the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam that the company is no longer registered at the address in case you did not cancel or move the company by yourself.

We also offer a VoIP service. You can use a local phone number from Amsterdam in an app on your phone or on your computer.

Simply rent an affordable correspondence address with us and you can use this address for all your incoming mail to be received and forwarded. A correspondence address can be obtained for both personal and corporate usage. You can use this address also on your business cards or website. A Correspondence address can be used for a family name by more persons and a business name connected to several personals. Each name used should be provided to us in order to handle all your mail efficiently and correctly.

We offer mail alerts on request. Any time mail arrives we can scan the envelope and send this to you via email. This way you will always be up to date aware of all incoming and important mail and can decide if you wish to have it forwarded or not. Convenient and you will always be notified on time if there is any mail and from which sender.

The mail forwarding service offered by national postal organizations should be distinguished from private mail forwarding services like Citibox.net. Citbox.net mail forwarding services offers additional services that might not be provided by (Semi) governmental services, such as scanning services and various domestic and international delivery options with a variety of delivery services such as courier shipments.

Citibox.net will forward on request all your mail to any location domestically or internationally. We send your mail with either regular post or courier shipments worldwide. The costs are € 5,00 handeling fee per event plus the postal or courier shipment charges. We use PostNL for regular mail and FedEx, UPS or DHL for courier shipments.

We also offer messenger services by phone. Your clients can call an assigned phone number and leave personal messages for you during our office hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central European Time (CET). These messages will be promptly forwarded to you via email on the same day.

Citibox.net offers a local Amsterdam fax number that you can rent for your personal or corporate use. The costs of (international) faxes will be added to the monthly bill. Of course it is possible to forward incoming faxes automatically to your fax or email anywhere in the world. Pricing varies due to different prices per country. For more information please contact us here. The minimum rental period for a fax line is at least 12 months.

Citibox.net offers several fully equipped office spaces in our corporate building located in the heart of Amsterdam. Each office is thoughtfully designed and comes with a private bathroom, a kitchen, a desk, a sofa, and broadband internet available both via cable and WiFi throughout the entire building. The offices are versatile and can be rented on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, offering flexibility to meet your specific needs. Each office space is approximately 16 m² in size, providing ample room for productive work in a professional environment.

In addition to the private offices, the Citibox.net building features a spacious roof terrace that is accessible to all users, making it the perfect spot to relax or network with others in the building. Conveniently located between Amsterdam Central Station Dam Square and the Western Canal area you can walk within 5 minutes from any of these locations to Citibox.net offices. To go by car you can park in the nearby Parking Garage Nieuwendijk from Q-Park. There is also 2 car or truck loading zones on both ends of the street. Tram stop Nieuwezijds Kolk is less than 50 meters away. When you rent an office space with us you are guaranteed an efficient and central location. For virtual offices and correspondence addresses we do not offer in store visits or pick up due to central handling of the mail.
